Planting Opportunities
Tree planting is repetitive, physically strenuous, outdoor labour that is definitely not for everyone. It’s 80% hard work and discomfort (rain, bugs) and 20% the best experience of your life. If you are looking for something more challenging and rewarding than just an ordinary summer job – consider planting.
Planters are paid per tree, with the tree price varying according to difficulty of the terrain. On average, our experienced planters make well over $200.00 per day. These are usually the people that love challenges and come back to fund their travels, pay for school or to see old friends.
You will meet some of the most interesting groups of people you are ever likely to meet (students/world travelers/artists/athletes) and build relationships that will last a lifetime. The challenges you overcome, the people you meet and the epic days off will always be remembered.
